There is a time for peace, for betraying all that stands in the way of what could be.
There is a time for being right, for being true, and

When being true is to be a liar.
There is a time, and
then, and
then…
there is no more “time”
And then, and
then…
There is no more “there is.”
The solitary “a” that remains
accuses us, as if to say
Too late,
Too little, and
Too bad.
